Ongoing Support & Maintenance

Every site we ship includes training and written notes. That is not a paid extra. You should be able to publish, replace an image, and not break metadata without us.

Some teams still want someone familiar with your website whom you can contact when something isn't working as expected, when a small change is needed, or when they do not want to own hosting details. That is this service. It is optional. You're not locked into a monthly support fee.

Even if you don't sign up for ongoing support, you still retain access to your code repository, CMS, and documentation. If you do buy it, you get the same two people — not a new support desk reading the project for the first time.
